Bernard Matthews was a stalwart of the Poultry Industry – whose name has become synonymous with the turkey that he produced.
He has left behind an incredible legacy in the now iconic business that he built himself from a small investment and a lot of hard work. He was an incredibly respected member of the British poultry community and his passing marks the end of an era. Our thoughts are with his family and his staff.
