Veterinary Development Council report on vets in the food chain

The Veterinary Development Council has published its report on the role of vets in the food chain, making eleven practical recommendations to ensure the veterinary profession can meet the demands of the UK food sector in the future. As a member of the VDC, the British Poultry Council has endorsed the report and will continue to work with the other members to keep up an ongoing dialogue between the agri-food industry and veterinary profession.
